Welcome to ICLEAN & BUILD LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, requesting a quote, booking our cleaning services, or opting into our communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Service Terms

ICLEAN & BUILD LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your property and specific cleaning needs. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing if the condition of the property differs significantly from what was described during the booking process.

2. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to our SMS communication terms. This is a critical part of how we keep you informed about your services.

• Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from iClean regarding appointments and service updates.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your booked services and active promotions.

• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

• Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will no longer send messages to your number.

• Help & Support: If you need assistance or have questions about our SMS service, reply “HELP” to any SMS message you receive, or contact our customer support team directly at contact@icleansc.com or +1(843) 468-3542.

• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning, unless otherwise arranged in advance for commercial accounts. We accept Credit and debit cards (US-issued), Venmo App, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Cash, and Cash.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we treat every home and business with the utmost care, accidents can occasionally happen. ICLEAN & BUILD LLC is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage to items that are improperly secured, extremely fragile, or highly valuable unless explicitly pointed out and documented prior to the cleaning.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
